Spring has Sprung at Mother Seton
It must be spring because the Teen Arts Festival is in full swing. This year Mother Seton had 2 buses go off to the Festival at Union County College. Our Gospel Choir performed as a group for the first time and sounded great. Other students participated by displaying their artwork and photography. Others performed individually. Everyone had a great time.

We are just finished cleaning up after the Annual Gift Auction and once again, out parents did a fantastic job. This year the theme was all about SPORTS and everyone participated. We all helped to set up the gym and cafeteria and many of the students decorated, served food and worked as runners. Best of all there were some fantastic gifts. The homerooms contributed and the families as well. Some of the gifts included an Ipod shuffle, bicycles, gift certificates in baskets that valued up to $275 dollars and even Yankee, Met Net and Devils tickets. There was even a chance to win Driving School!
This year, we had one Devil's suite on the first level for 4 !

We no sooner finished that on Friday night, when we realized that on Saturday we had the Saturday Enrichment Program. This Program is offered to 5, 6, 7, and 8th grade girls and includes languages, science labs, clothing and food labs. Students were able to select the classes they liked. It continues next week . Our faculty and students help to make that a great program.
Spring Sports have begun. The Softball and Track Teams are getting organized for a great season. We hope to see many going out for these sports.
Good Luck to our teams and coaches.
